No one likes to pay for music--or much else
In this article a man by the name of Mark Boyle is trying to promote the values of "freeconomy" movement. Boyle feels that the Free Culture movement such as news, books, film, games, and music should be free. It is also mentioned that there should be no censorship over how culture is used. This I disagree, even though it may seem that there is no harm in having access to free downloads as far as information may go, this is saying that those that come up with the idea maybe getting paid for their ideas, but in the long run why are people not having to pay for these things as if they would in a store. Now a days we all know nothing is free, so why should we be able to access information through the internet for free? Like mentioned in the end, even though we think we are getting things for free were not. These things catch up with us, meaning that we think music and or other things such as movies are free but really consumers are really paying for these things at the cash register in the end.
